How to find that right lawyer to handle your divorce can be difficult. You need a lawyer that will ease your stress levels. If you don\'t have anyone contesting a marriage then you may just want to hire the same lawyer and get things over with. If you want to have a sensible divorce, you don\'t want to go with the high paid lawyers. Your friends will know a few lawyers that will be good candidates. A good lawyer will not hide anything. Some lawyers are known for being hard and so if that\'s what you are looking for, then you should go with a lawyer that everyone speaks of. You should also go with a lawyer that you like. It is important that you trust your lawyer. If you want a cutthroat lawyer, then make sure that have the personality to be, but if you just want to get it over with and be done than seek a lawyer who will go after what\'s fair.

First of all, a huge “THANKS!” for allowing people to post comments here. It’s a pain in the backside to monitor but super cool you are doing it.

The comment that the new attorney was “one in a million” is slightly inflated. Let me explain:

Family Law and Bankruptcy Law are the dumping grounds for those attorneys that cannot make it where the real money is. Consequently, you are attempting to find an “A+” attorney in a group where the highest grade on a good day is a straight “C” and the average grade is somewhere in the “D”s. You don’t know if you hit the jewel attorney in the 2nd interview or the 9th. That is why you have to do all 10.

The solution is to interview at least 10 and pick the best one you come across. Keep the name of the second best handy in case the first one turns out to be good at interviewing for your work but lousy in its execution (it happens).

Yes, buy the book and educate your self first. When you are auditioning attorneys (yes, that is exactly what you are doing), you will have some idea of what the right answer is. The book is excellent insurance against starting out with a $5,000 mistake that will take $10,000 to reverse. Bank some odds in your favor at the get-go by reading up on what’s about to unfold.

Hello patrons this information is as good as it gets! People you need this information so you can know how to succeed and not be crushed by the injustice of the family court system. If you do not know your rights and are not willing to stand up and fight for whats fair and just the system will trample you. I suggest you buy this information because it is well worth the price. An Attorney will cost you $200 or more an hour and will not inform you of the information that is produced here. Even if you have an Attorney you should be informed about your rights and the laws because even an Attorney is not always going to do what they should for you. It is important that you have this knowledge. I have done years of research and have never come across such powerful information to help litigants in family court. I hope you read the info on the site and purchase the books , this information can save you from years of unjust heartache. Sincerely Rog
