Beware of the CWOF!

buy1 Beware of the CWOF!

Ron Lasorsa here with my latest blog post on Restraining Order 911. I am continuing the education process of the elements that go into fighting the divorce industry if you have been charged with a restraining order. I want to talk about a particular insidious tool called the CWOF (Continued Without Finding.) The CWOF is something similar to a no contest plea or a fancy word -nolo contender. It is called different things in different states. In essence, what it is is a carrot for those individuals that have been charged with a violation of a restraining order. It is an admission that the state has facts sufficient to obtain a conviction if they went ahead and tried the case. It is often held out as a carrot to the individual, “Oh well we do not want you to go through this cumbersome dirty trial by jury of your own peers please just except this from the magnanimous divorce machine”. Well, don’t take it because it is a bad deal. Let me tell you why- you may think you are getting off light the first time around but it is an admission that the state has facts sufficient to convict you- Even if you said aliens came down and caused you to violate the restraining order. If you take the CWOF, you have admitted those facts and then they can turn around and use them for subsequent violations of the restraining order. For those individuals who are unjustly accused of a restraining order and then have a vindictive ex spouse who is then continually filing violations of the restraining order, a CWOF is not your friend. Avoid it at all costs; tough it out and use the facts that are on your side to prove your innocence. There is no easy way to get around this, do not take the bait. If you find that what I am saying has merit or if you think you know somebody who could use this information please go to www.RestrainingOrder911.com and buy the book but, more importantly share the information. Go to the bottom of this blog page where it says “share” and click on it. Submit it to Delicious, post it to Facebook, send it in an email. The only way we are going to keep innocent people out of jail is if we get the word out.
